Organizational Analysis Corporation was incorporated in the State of Texas in 1985 as a result of a merger between two existing companies.

The thrust of each of the entities was distinctly different as were the backgrounds of the principals. However, the integration of the two resulted in a valuable mix of technology and management sciences. With advanced expertise already established in both areas, OAC was quickly recognized as a uniquely qualified management services company.

Since its initiation, OAC has impacted the field of management sciences. The introduction of OAC's mission design and assessment methodologies introduced new ways of measuring performance, assessing potential system failure, finding solutions to challenging business problems, and enhancing existing management and organization structures.

Today

The company is now recognized as a results-oriented management consulting firm adept at thinking creatively with demonstrated success in the identification, development, and implementation of new ways to increase the efficiency and productivity of your organization.

Its history with high tech industries and its qualifications in the area of management sciences has been a result of contracts with the Federal Government, Fortune 500 companies, and other commercial clients. During our tenure in these business sectors, we have completed many successful and interesting projects. The following success stories describe only a few of our typical projects.

Typical Success Stories
  • Restructured an engineering organization that purchased over $100 million per year in technical support services. The models developed and utilized for the reorganization were used to restructure the entire company thereby enabling it to compete effectively in the newly deregulated industry.
  • Assessed and re-organized a facility's maintenance group and streamline its programs. OAC efforts resulted in savings of millions of dollars per year.
  • Developed the transition plan to successfully move a $700 million, ten-year lifespan R&D project into a 3.7 Billion, 40-year lifespan production program.
  • Created business models used to guide a large government agency having more than 30,000 employees through a transition to a steady state operation with less than 10,000 employees.
  • Led the development of a large commercial entity that assumed the responsibility for an engineering contact that spanned five years and totaled more than $500 million in revenues.

OAC's Leadership is co-chaired by Jan Griebe, Ph.D., and Roger W. Griebe, Ph.D., who have more than 68 years combined professional experience.

The Senior Staff are well credentialed to support the five business sectors of the company.
