OAC Leadership

Jan Griebe, Ph.D.; OAC President and Senior Partner

Dr. Griebe has a broad background both in the application and development of management sciences for more than twenty-eight years.  She has operated at the senior executive level both within her own businesses and with businesses to which her firms have provided products and services.  She is an expert in the development and implementation of management techniques and methodologies.  She is the author of ZEN and Applications of Mission Design, The Theory of Missions™, Mission Chronicles, The Vision 2000 Program, Managing Change and Business Planning Concepts, and ECODE Job Delineator and Ranking TechnologyShe has co-authored management assessment and technical appraisal methodologies for the U. S. Government and commercial companies.  In addition to her contributions to the development of management sciences, she has provided a variety of management services for her clients including operational investigations, organizational performance assessments, business planning, quality and productivity improvement programs, management training, teambuilding, organizational design, and financial and resource planning.  Other positions include President, Supplementary Staffing Consultants; Manager, Pool Company; and Supervisor, Brown and Root.  She has a Ph.D. in Business Management and has achieved both the Practitioner and Masters Levels in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

 

Roger Griebe, Ph.D., P.E.; OAC Vice President and Senior Partner

Dr. Griebe has more than thirty-eight years experience in the technological, managerial, and operational aspects of large, multidisciplinary organizations.  As a management consultant to the highest levels of large corporations, he has successfully addressed issues ranging from personnel leadership to reconfiguring outdated organizational structures and addressing new markets.  Clientele have included national level electric utilities, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Electric Power Research Institute, other governmental agencies, international-level architects/engineers and other technically focused organizations, both foreign and domestic.  Personal skills include organizational efficiency and effectiveness; leadership development and training; risk management in decision making; new market development; and physical plant operations, engineering, maintenance, and safety.  Positions held include President, Aisling Incorporated; Executive Vice President, Energy Incorporated; and Project Manager at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering; attended the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University; is a registered Professional Engineer; and has achieved both the Practitioner and Masters Levels in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
