Organizational development activities typically include, an assessment process and report, scenario development and interactive planning processes that may involve elements of mission design, vision integrations, mission characterization and strategy development.

 

In situations such as these, OAC provides the models, baseline structures and general formats through which the exercise is focused.  OAC consultants conduct assessment and analyses, using OAC proprietary models, tools and techniques facilitate the process. 

The format for this effort may include facilitation services, lectures, material and  exercises.  It can be interactive, or it can be conducted in its entirety by OAC consultants.  A product, which may include a report or a plan may included.  OAC may be responsible for the entire plan or some part of it. 

Basic models and other materials are designed to capture and preserve content and allow organizational development activities to proceed from a well defined basis.
