Restructure of a Large Training Department
OAC was retained for a major effort to assess, enhance and subsequently
restructure a large Training Department. This project included not only a
review of the organization but also the development of teams to restructure
the content of the training programs, and the development of a process that
would culminate in the creation of the first long range plan for the
Division. A functional staffing study was performed to determine staffing
levels and distribution.
Reorganization of a Telecommunications Department
OAC performed a functional reorganization, which included defining
current operational boundaries and individual job functions, analyzing work
processes, restructuring job functions and refining operating practices to
meet department goals and objectives. Techniques used during this project
included an integration of team building, employee involvement, and
organizational analysis.
