Transition Plan DevelopmentThe two OAC senior partners and one other consultant were retained to develop a transition plan for a program that had been more than a decade in its research and development phase. A smooth transition from R&D to production was needed. The plan included an identification of all critical interfaces, lead times, and critical technological elements that had to be maintained and transmitted to production companies. Improvements to Planning, Budgeting, and Implementing Safety and Health StrategyA review of important strategic planning and ES&H methodology manuals was performed as part of a project to find more effective means of communicating and executing safety and health programs. Meetings with critical staff members and discussions with both management and line personnel were used to create a plan to improve the effectiveness of the headquarters effort in program coordination. |
