OAC's Consultation,
its Facilitation, and its Survey services are accompanied by
custom-designed support products, which include, but are not necessarily
limited to the following. In
all cases, to date, costs associated with these products are included in
the overall price of service provided.
In cases, where the
client elects to have members of its organization participate in a study
or analysis, OAC prepares customized aids and training materials, such as:

These
are available to client employees who wish to participate in the
development of analytical tools or methodologies.
Workbooks are designed to serve as both a guide through the process
and a method for accumulating notes related to learning that is occurring
during the execution of the study.
Manual
Preparation

In
highly complex situations, OAC facilitators often write manuals
describing the process they will take
place during the course of the project. These manuals then serve as the basis from which additional
training materials are developed and from which the progress of the
project will be monitored.
Slides

These
accompany almost all presentations and are made available to the client as
a part of service provided.
