What is it?

The Art of Winning is an integrated full cycle business development program designed to maximize the potential of your efforts. It is used in conjunction with established proposal development structures to produce an executable mission.

How does Winning work?

The Art of Winning is a four-step process that guides the development of the mission from a vague concept into a fully executable mission. Through each of its subsequent steps, the mission is refined both neurologically and physically, so that upon completion of the process both an executable mission and the teams that will support it, both internally and externally, have emerged.

How does Winning differ from existing proposal development strategies?

The Art of Winning is unlike any other proposal development process for several reasons.

First, it utilizes innovative mission design theory, philosophies and techniques, configured in a totally integrated package, unavailable through any other source.

Second, it extends the concept of winning to include the successful execution the mission. In doing so, it promotes longer lasting relationships that support the longevity of your company in chosen markets.

Third, rather than replacing your existing proposal development system, The Art of Winning Program fits neatly over it, providing a structure through which the baseline dynamics of the mission are easily identified and refined pursuant to your design.

Fourth, it provides a sound foundation, through which humanistic and mechanistic integration of the mission can occur systematically and neurologically.

Fifth, serving as a foundation of the program is a unique and innovative self-replicating system, the strength of which lies in its ability to bring into focus the neurological and physical structures needed to support the evolution of the mission.

Under what circumstances would I use Winning?

The Art of Winning Program is highly useful when preparing proposals of all types, in researching and defining new markets, in assessing conditions of prospective business sectors as well as individual missions, in analyzing the capabilities of one's internal resources with respect to market opportunities, and in focusing expansion efforts.

Likewise, it is applicable to many types of projects, including but not limited to new manufacturing projects, operating contracts, information services, and management services contracts.

OAC's role

OAC's role in the Art of Winning is to provide management and technical guidance in each of the process's four stages pursuant to the needs of the client.

OAC may participate in any of the following areas:

  • Perform General Assessments of the market place to identify upcoming bids and to assist in assessing bids to determine those most appropriate.
  • Once targets are identified, OAC can perform an Assessment of External Conditions that impact a potential business target. • Identify critical technologies and resources needed to pursue the business target.

Upon deciding to pursue a particular business target, OAC can manage many aspects of the proposal development process, including any or all of the following:

  • Perform Project Management Services such as providing qualified technical writers, assisting in arranging review teams, and establishing protocols for the collection and arrangement of data.
